Who’d have known, two young kids living on separate farms, miles from each other would grow up, meet, marry and become partners, not only in life but in business.  With George running the store and Betty keeping the books, this couple started an adventure that would define the rest of their lives. They knew they wanted to sell quality jewelry and provide the best services than anyone in the area.  They did, and it continues to this day.

BOB CAROLLO
WATCHMAKER
From an early age, George taught Bob everything he needed to know about repairing watches.  Today, he continues to sit at his bench with the best training any watchmaker should have.  Training which consists of Bulova Accutron and Quartz certifications and the American Watchmakers Institute.  Working for ever 40 years shows dedication and loyalty to his customer and his employer.  It also shows how well Bob does his job when people refer to him as the “Clock Doctor.  He works on antique, modern, wall, mantle, Grandfather clocks and all kinds of watches.  Bob always finds a way to make it work.

GLENN WILCOX
JEWELER
Glenn received his college degree in History in 1974, then later he decided to go to work for his Dad and become the stores jeweler.  He attended classes to further understand his craft and now after many years of sitting behind the bench and cranking out job after job, he still sits there for the love of the industry.

MARLYS WILCOX
SALESWOMAN & ENGRAVER
Two years after the birth of her first child, George had offered Marlys a job to work as a clerk.  From there, she continued to grow and learn from her co-workers to become a sales woman and today she is the best saleswoman in the entire store!  Having her diamond certificate from GIA, it gives her more knowledge of diamonds and the tools to help any customer with any jewelry need.

HEIDI WILCOX
SALESWOMAN
Heidi is the oldest grandchild of George and Betty and has been working for them since 1996.  Following her mother, Marlys' footsteps, she learns day by day how to prefect her skills in becoming another best selling saleswoman.  Heidi is on her way!  Going to college showed Heidi the business side of the store.  Everyday she does her best to bring her Grandparents' store further into the future.  Heidi received her Bachelors of Science in Business Management in 2005 which enables her to help take care of the business.  Heidi has also recieved her diamond certificate from GIA in March of 2010 giving her further knowledge of diamonds.
